NETES Institute of Technology and Science, Mirza, Assam associates with Orell to launch EduGrievance portal in the institute website. EduGrievance gives opportunity for the institution to implement a set of specific measures to ensure accountability and maximum output, by managing grievances of the stakeholders and increasing transparency thereby establishing a very positive ambience.
An efficient Grievance Redressal Mechanism is vital for smooth functioning of any administration. No administration can claim to be accountable, responsive and user-friendly unless it has established an efficient and effective grievance redress mechanism. In fact, the grievance redress mechanism of an organization is the gauge to measure its efficiency and effectiveness as it provides important feedback on the working of the administration.
The portal has been launched to monitor all the complaints and suggestions sent by students, staffs and all other stakeholders of the institute. It makes the system of complaints / suggestions very transparent as it gives the date and time on which the complaint was received and date and time on which the complaint was resolved.
NETES Institute of Technology & Science Mirza (NITS Mirza), established in the year 2009, is the first higher education venture of the North East Technical Education Society (NETES). NITS Mirza has been conceived, designed and developed to be a path-breaking institution defining the new contours of technical and management education in the region. Inaugurated on June 14, 2009 by Shri Tarun Gogoi, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam, the institute has now developed into a full-fledged engineering college. Its first batch of students graduated in the year 2013.
