IIHMR, New Delhi Installs Online Grievance Redressal System

International Institute of Health Management Research, New Delhi has installed EduGrievance, the state-of-the-art grievance redressal portal to ensure fair and transparent grievance redressal procedure in the institute. The redressal software with a unique URL has been provided for the institute to access the online portal readily. EduGrievance developed in accordance with the AICTE norms is ideal for technical institutions to address the grievances in the institute and to resolve it in timely manner. The system also enables the institute to submit monthly reports to AICTE regarding the grievances received and disposed. EduGrievance can develop an organisational framework to resolve grievances of students and other stakeholders providing immediate access and hassle free recourse. Through this grievance redressal portal, IIHMR can employ a set of specific measures to ensure accountability and maximum output, increasing transparency in the grievance handling procedure thereby establishing a very positive ambience.
