VNEC, Karnataka Starts Using EduGrievance

Veerappa Nisty Engineering College, Karnataka, has decided on EduGrievance-online grievance redressal mechanism to provide satisfactory redressal to the grievances in the institute. Following the online demo, VNEC signed deal with Oréll to install the software. The installation will be done by Oréll Technical Support Executive in the coming days. EduGrievance system developed in line with the AICTE norms is perfect for technical institutions to redress the grievances in the institute in a very confidential and timely manner. Beyond the registration and disposal of grievances, the system enables the institute to submit monthly grievance reports to AICTE. This mechanism for online grievance redressal enables a complainant to express feelings by initiating and pursuing the grievance procedure in accordance with the rules and regulations of the institution. EduGrievance involves a process of investigation in which the grievance portal members enquire and analyse the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner. It also ensures optimal transparency and only legitimate people will be involved in resolving the grievance. The redressal procedure fairness has been stressed with a view "the right to be heard and right to be treated without bias”.
